Baisakhi at TLS Rohtak: Golden Fields and a Rich Harvest of Culture
11th April 2025 — kites, dhols and Punjab's harvest spirit take over campus.

A jubilant aura enveloped the TLS campus on 11th April 2025, as students and staff gathered in high spirits to revel in Baisakhi, the exuberant harvest festival of Punjab. The festivities opened with a soul-stirring introduction to the cultural and historical essence of the day.
The school transformed into a vibrant mosaic of colour and culture, adorned with traditional embellishments, rhythmic folk tunes, and displays paying homage to Punjab's rich heritage. Students immersed themselves in an array of artistic endeavours — crafting symbolic motifs, sketching Baisakhi-themed artwork, and fashioning handmade dhols and fluttering kites.
These hands-on experiences did more than delight young hearts — they deepened a real reverence for the breadth of India's cultural legacy. The day closed in a cascade of smiles and laughter, leaving behind an indelible sense of joy, unity, and celebration.
