Torch, March Past and a Declaration: TLS Rohtak's Sports Opening Ceremony 2025-26

Sports shape character, instill discipline, and build resilience in young minds — and TLS Rohtak marked the start of its 2025-26 athletic season accordingly, with a proper Opening Ceremony on 14th July 2025 rather than a quiet start to practice.
The event opened with a March Past by the Student Council, followed by a dance performance that captured the spirit of the occasion. The proud centrepiece came next: Sports Captains Siwant and Saanvi Sethi took the stage to hoist the ceremonial torch, formally signalling the start of the athletic journey ahead.

Principal Ms. Shina Singh officially declared the Sports Events for the 2025-26 session open, and House Masters cheered on their teams, urging them toward the season with zeal, integrity, and genuine team spirit.
It's a ceremony that could easily be skipped in favour of just starting the matches — but the ritual matters, and TLS Rohtak treats it that way.
